Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Garments
All made-to-measure and bespoke garments are individually produced to the client’s measurements, specifications, and fabric selections. Due to the personalised nature of these items, all payments and deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Delivery & Event Dates
Clients are encouraged to place orders well in advance of weddings, events, and travel dates. While every effort is made to accommodate deadlines provided by the client, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be absolutely guaranteed due to factors outside of our control, including supplier, manufacturing, and courier delays.
We shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping providers, although every reasonable effort will be made to minimise disruption and keep the client informed throughout the process.
Fittings & Alterations
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled fittings where required. Minor alterations following fitting are included where agreed. Additional alterations outside the original agreed specification may incur further charges.
Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once fabric has been ordered or production has commenced. Requests for cancellations prior to this stage are at our discretion.Faults & IssuesIf a garment arrives with a manufacturing fault or does not match the agreed order specification, please notify us promptly so the issue can be assessed and resolved appropriately.By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
